A By-the-Sea Wedding
We are pleased to offer two ordained ministers, each of which can issue your marriage license and perform your wedding ceremony. The scheduling of ministers is arranged according to availability, however if you have a preference let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Rev. Patt O'Brien Rev. Patt O'Brien is the owner of A By-the-Sea Wedding, and has been perfoming wedding ceremonies since 1986. A non-denominational minister, Rev. O'Brien is authorized to issue the California Confidential Marriage License and perform marriage ceremonies.
Rev. Sherilyn Russo has been performing weddings since 1990. A non-denominational minister, Rev. Russo can issue the California Confidential Marriage License and perform wedding ceremonies.
